The True Teaching of
Christ’s Temple is an Inspired Independent Evangelical International Church
founded and established by a Dutch citizen of Ghanaian descent and is
predominately Africans (as well as others such as English, Netherlands,
Surinamers and Antilleans) whose main scriptural aim is to reach and touch every
human of goodwill irrespective of race and color hence the name
“True Teaching of Christ Temple
International Church” and it’s slowly succeeding as it gets acquainted in
liturgical exchanges with various European churches (and the west abroad e.g.
USA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ghana, Nigeria, Norway, Germany just to
mention a few). Situated in the heartland of Amsterdam southeast the practical
goals of the T.T.C.T. are:-
·
To steer the youth clear off the streets
and from bad habits, and in this respect, the church has an intensive parental
course for teenage mothers, guardians and general caretakers as well as youth
programs to encourage the youths to aim high educationally, physically, mentally
and willingly. You can visit one of the programs which takes place mainly on
Wednesdays and Fridays and throughout the week
·
To help others (without jobs) break into
the labor market and in this respect a special course (languages) together with
information about courses that could help get a job has one being established to
help in all interested believers. Further arrangements are made from time to
time to arrange or organize all kinds of workshops across the nation

·
The church encourages voluntary works and
participate in them as a group when the need be
·
To alleviate the burden of working
mothers in matters of baby caring, voluntarily the church established the Jan de
Jonge pavilion which serves as a crèche for such working parents and guardians.
(the crèche is temporarily suspended because of lack of space at our present
premises
·
The Church teaches cultural integration
for all members and as such speaks both languages i.e. English and Netherlands.
It has also become an information centre for all members to know what is going
on in the country Holland that effects us all, (like tax, laws, hospitals
insurance, association, legal transactions and matters of interest
·
The Church pride itself in development
unto the future and in this respect has sponsored four of the youths in
different musical courses in Holland. And there is this weekly
Church Services which is as educative
and enjoying “as the day of Christ”.
There are other activities such as daily
Counseling, Bible Studies,
Visitation of the ailing and many more and because of the interest from the vast section
of society the Church was compelled to expand its building. The extension
exercise cost the Church nearly fl 650,000 (Six Hundred Thousand Guilders),
about Euro 300,000. All these costs
were borne by the Church members, individual philanthropists, and interest free
loans from Private Organizations and University professors. The outstanding debt
was enormous, yet in 1996 the authorities pulled down our building to make room
for new developments, partly were compensated and given a modern building on
rental basis, the Church still needs help to get by, so drop us a life line
either through a direct approach or through the Church’s’ account No.

mornings and please do visit one our PRACTICAL PROGRAMES as well as occasional sharing of fellowship with us –
MAY GOD BLESS YOU
Yours in His Service – Daniel

(b)
Everyday life of the Christian
Are you ready to
receive god’s free gift? Are you his follower?
If you are, you need to call on him in prayer, you may pray for guidance on your
own hell in praying, you may use the following prayer if you truly make it your
own confession. “Lord I need you every hour, be with me the rest of the day
Amen! Or prolong it with “Lord Jesus, I know how difficult life can
be without hope, please come into my life, I know I am a sinner and need your
forgiveness. I know you died on the cross for me. I know turn from my sins and
ask you to forgive me. I now invite you into my heart; I trust you as savior and
will follow you as lord. Thank you for saving me amen
When you pray remember and be convinced that He is listening to you!
·
Did you ask Jesus to forgive you of your
sins?
·
Did you ask him to save you? When you
feel already saved you did right because He’s always saving you!
·
Did you give Jesus complete control of
your life? The world is there to shift you, you must always remind yourself of
the one in charge of your life
·
If so, welcome to God’s family
·
Why not pause of r a moment and thank Him
for saving you, again and again, say thank you Jesus again and again

(c)
What does Jesus want you to do now after this declaration?
First, He wants you to have assurance of your salvation. You can be certain you
have eternal life
·
Because you have been born again and
birth is a one-time experience (see 2 Cor.
5:17)
·
Because of your commitment, you did what
the Bible told you to do (see Romans 10:13)
·
Because of God’s witness
(see 1 John 5:11-13)
·
Because of God’s promise
(see John 4:24)

Second, as evidence of giving Jesus control of your life, He wants you to
publicly confess Him and then follow Him in baptism and Church membership. The
Bible says, “Those who had received His word were baptized, and … the Lord was
adding to their number day by day those were saved”
(Acts 2:41-47). And after peter’s speech the converts asked what shall we do?
(Acts 2:37-40). Be part of His family
today (join a fellowship, a Church or a Global Christian Network today. Reverend
Daniel Himmans-Arday, Steve Afrifa, Edward Andoh, Charles Kwartey and the rest
of the believers are waiting to hear from you
today
Thirdly, Jesus wants you to grow into a strong, faithful disciple. The Bible
says, “Like newborn babies longs for the pure milk of the word, that by it you
may grow in respect to salvation (1 Peter
2:2-3)

There are four absolutes in growth:
·
Food
– Spiritual Food is God’s Word (The
Bible), you should read it, study it, memorize it and hear it taught and
preached. Join a qualified Bible Ministers and teachers
·
Breathing
– Spiritual Breathing is prayer, spend time everyday talking to God about
everything you do, about your needs and problems, about family and friends, and
tell Him how much you love him and how grateful you are, ask Him for directions
(James 5:13-16)

·
Exercise
– Spiritual Exercise means helping others witnessing, giving time and energy to
God’s work, and being a living testimony to the world you live in and paying
true Christian tithes (Matthew 25:37-40)
How forgetful have Christians of today forgotten this genuine tithe
(Deuteronomy 14:22-29, Acts 20:21-35)
·
Rest
– Spiritual Rest means worship, both in public and in private. Rest means being
still and waiting on God. It means physical and spiritual renewal. It means
being attentive when the word is preached to you
(Romans 12:1-3, Hebrews 10:25-26, Acts 16:13)

Finally, Jesus wants you to experience victory over sin in your daily life. The
bible says, “For whatever is born of God
overcomes the world and this is the victory that has overcome the world-our
faith” (1 John 5:4)
·
The Christian life is difficult but not
impossible. Victory is assured because
“Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world” (1 John 4:4)
·
Even with victory assured, there will be
acts of disobedience and failure because of your human nature. However, God has
provided a means by which you can be cleansed of daily sins. His word says
“If we confess our sins, Hi is faithful
and righteous to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness”
(1 John 1:9), also read
(1 Corinthians 10:13) for further
assurance
·
So when you sin, don’t try to deny it or
excuse it, rather name your sin to God, and claim His promise of forgiveness.
May He bless you forever! Amen!

Declaration
Spiritual doctrine
The belief that being of service to fellow human is service to God reigns high
in our hearts (Matthew 25:31-40, Mark 12:29-31) The T.T.C.T endeavor to follow
the Golden Rule of life (Matthew
7:12). Encourages (and grounded on) Conventional Family Life (Hebrews 13:4),
while the Church accepts every human of all races in their manner of living
association and partnership, it strongly discourages unconventional
relationships and appearances (Deuteronomy 22:5; 27:20-26, Leviticus 20:11-17,
Romans 1:26-28). Baptism is immersion whole in water as from the age of twelve
onwards of the believer (Matthew 3:13-17). It is part of the believer’s
commitment and not an afterthought option (Acts 2:38; 8:36-39; 10:46-48),
morality is highly essential. The Church does not accept bigamy (Galatians
5:19-26; 1 Timothy 3). Devotional, family, group and individual studying of
scripture is highly encouraged (Acts 2:42). Generosity is part of the growth of
the Church, to the group and to the individual being addressed (1 Corinthians
10:23-24). Blood transfusion, medical care, faith healing, God’s direct and
methodical revelations all form part of the Church’s belief in God’s power (e.g.
Luke 8:45-56; John 9:6-7) **Blessing of
marriage, wedding ceremony, confirmation of both families in agreements to any
relationship in the Church is highly recommended and appreciated

Speaking in strange languages is an asset when spoken publicly with an
interpreter around or when spoken privately in individual homes during his/her
quite time with the Almighty (1 Corinthians 12:10-12, 14:1-14). Uninterpretated
speaking of tongues in public worshipping is viewed with skepticism and looked
upon as following lying spirits (1 Corinthians 12:10-12, 14:2, 5, 19, 23, 26 and
28). Diversity in service is an asset (1 Corinthians 12:4-11), daily meetings
and Sabbath worship (Matthew 5:16; 1 Timothy 9-10; Hebrews 3:13-15; 10:25),
training of wards, modest appearance, equality of
men and women in the sight of God and exemplary way of life complete the
Church’s Doctrine on life of the believer (Matthew 5:16; 1 Timothy 2:9-10;
Colossians 3:20-21; 1 Corinthians 11:11)

What we
believe in:
·
The Sovereignty and Grace of God the
Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit in Creation, Providence, Revelation
and Final Judgment
·
The Devine Inspiration of the Holy
Scripture and its consequent entire trustworthiness and Supreme Authority in all
matters of faith and conduct
·
The universal sinfulness and guilt of
fallen man, making him subject to God’s wrath and condemnation
·
The substitutionary sacrifice of the
incarnate Son of God as the sole and all-sufficient ground of redemption from
the guilt and power of sin and from its eternal consequences. The justification
of the sinner is solely by the Grace of God through faith in Christ crucified
and risen from the dead
·
The firm belief and biblically supportive
that the death and resurrection of Christ has wiped out in its entirety every
debt we own to God Almighty and now replaced with the permanent debt of love for
one another. So that we can boldly say without reservation that there is not
outstanding physical or material debt between us and our
Creator, neither daily nor weekly
neither monthly or yearly for all generations to come as the scripture clearly
testifies, but only obedient walk humbly with Him and praising His Name
(see Hosea 6:6; James1:27; Hebrews
13:15-16; Matthew 25:37-40; Romans 13:8-10; Colossians 2:14; Galatians 2:5-7; 2
Corinthians 9:7-15)
·
The illuminating, regeneration,
indwelling and sanctifying work of God the Holy Spirit, the Priesthood of all
believers, who form the Universal Church,
the body of which Christ is the Head and which is committed by His command to
the proclamation of the Gospel throughout the world
(1 Peter 2:9-10)
·
The expectation of the personal, visible
return of the Lord Jesus Christ in power and Glory, we believe in the fact that
God uses instruments, or symbols to deliver people
(e.g. Numbers 21:8-9; John 3:14-15) and the almighty still has genuine people walking on
this world who ARE still doing
His and should be trusted us all in the Christian family
(e.g. Hebrews 11:5 etc)
